“The Voltai pilot preview marks the first step toward building the future of fleet e-mobility in the Philippines — smarter, cleaner, and more cost-efficient, ” said 1882 Energy Ventures Head of Ideation and Voltai Co-founder and CEO Fazlur Abdul Rahman. The Private Express and Messengerial Association of the Philippines, and logistics associations were also present to see Voltai's latest two-wheeled electric vehicles, battery swapping stations, and management application software.

A big step for last-mile delivery - PEMEDES website launch

The launch of the PEMEDES website took center stage at the Angkas Compound, spearheaded by the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) and led by Secretary Henry Aguda, Usec. Christina Faye De Sagon, and Director Atty. Carlo Murcia. The new platform promises to simplify the process of applying for and renewing the PEMEDES Permit, making compliance easier for stakeholders in the last-mile delivery industry. As part of the celebration, the newly elected PEMAP Officers also took their oath of office—symbolizing fresh leadership alongside this digital milestone.
